The XC Electric Bike model has a walk assist mode that allows you to propel the e-bike forward at 3.5 mph (6 km/h) while walking next to it. The walk assist mode helps you with moving your bike without the need to push its full weight.
Operating Walk Assist
Hold down Assist Button-Y until the word "WALK" appears on the display and the ebike begins moving forward
To exit Walk Assist Mode, release Assist Button-Y, then press Assist Button-X. If Assist Button-Y is released for more than a minute, Walk Assist Mode will be cancelled.
Note: Walk Assist Mode will fail to engage if any pressure is being applied to the pedals.
