Charge Electric Bike has partnered with Extend, a market leader in consumer products protection plans, to offer Charge customers the option to purchase an additional 1 year, 2 year or 3 year extended e-bike protection plan from Extend during checkout on chargebikes.com.
The protection plans go into effect at the end of the 1 year warranty provided by Charge on all electric bike purchases.
Extend protection plan options can be viewed and added to your purchase during checkout. Complete plan details are available on Extend's website.
Who should I contact to file a claim?
If you have any issues with your Charge electric bike during the one year warranty period that is included on all Charge e-bikes, you should contact our Customer Support Team at Charge directly.
If you have any issues with your Charge electric bike outside of the one year warranty period and you purchased a protection plan from Extend, you should file a claim directly with Extend.
What happens if I return an e-bike for which I also purchased an Extend protection plan?
You return your product, and we will refund you for the bike and the protection plan.
